Our American Pin Oak aka Red Oak wood was grown right here in the Dandenongs Vic.
We air dried it naturally for a year before cutting it into BBQ Smoking Chunks.
Place 1 Chunk on each side of a hot charcoal mound, to smolder and create a tasty smoke marinade for your meats.
