We combined smoked activated Aus Red Gum Charcoal, smoked Himalayan Salt, and smoked Cambodian Kampot Pepper with savoury Mediterranean aromatic seasonings that pack a flavour punch, with a little heat provided by the Kampot Pepper, and some tasty extra smoke flavour from natural Hickory Liquid Smoke powder.
