French Oak is a very dense heavy wood and has more flavour than American Oak for making wine and for BBQ Smoking. This semi sweet Pinot infused Oak is good smoke for any meats or foods.
The wider Staves or Slats can be used for cutting boards or Cheese Platters.
Perfect for large Offset Smokers. Ensure they smolder to do their job, not burn up like firewood.
Simply sit next to coals to create easy tasty smoke flavour. Cut into smaller Chunks if required.
