This is a very tasty BBQ sauce made with smoked fresh Qld Jalapeno’s, which when cold smoked with our air dried tasty Apple & Cherry Wood Chips, become Chipotle Chilli’s. This was the House Rib Sauce used at Greasy Joe’s Restaurant in St Kilda.
Brush on Ribs before & after smoking/grilling/baking. Use as a dip or condiment for all meats.
Sprinkle on shredded cooked Chicken or Pulled Pork on top of a bed of rice and microwave all, magnificent!
