Fit Needle on with a 1/4 turn clockwise, shake up your marinade and draw it up slowly through the needle, don’t pull up too quickly as air will be sucked in as the plunger width and tension is not adjustable. Stick needle into the meat all the way at a slightly horizontal angle then squeeze out about 5ml on your way out of the meat, so you backfill the hole. Do this repeatedly all over the meat.  

Our 6″ thin 14G needle was designed with the 12 small holes near tip to prevent squirt outs when 1/2 way out of meat, 6 on each side. PERFECT FOR BBQ COMP INJECTING as smaller holes in meats means minimal leakage of Injection fluid and meat juices during cooking.

This thin sharp needle works great in lean tight grained Venison & Kangaroo Game Meats.

TIP: Clear a blocked needle by boiling in water, then connect it and blow out with air or water.
