This unique Salt is made from evaporated sea water from the Great Australian Bight and has a distinctly sweet “sea salt” tang. Olsson’s Sea Salt Blossoms are hand-harvested in the Spencer Gulf, South Australia, using traditional solar evaporation methods. natural seawater is evaporated in ponds over 24 months, allowing delicate, soft flakes to form, which are then harvested, washed, and dried to create a 100% natural, mineral-rich salt with a slightly sweet flavour. The delicate flat sea salt flakes melt on your tongue, and are easily crumbled in the fingers, they are recommended for finishing and presentation of any meal or salad.
